  • Contribute to the leadership of a community service, not-for-profit organisation that makes a real difference in the lives of children and families.
  • Provide professional advice, support and guidance on employee relations across the range of HR functions to enhance business performance.
  • Provide an advisory service to managers and staff by monitoring HR compliance issues and managing staffing systems.
  • Have oversight of training and implementing strategies to enhance people management and retention capabilities.
  • This role also has line management responsibilities for volunteering, Work Health and Safety and training provided by the Centre for Learning.
