Human Resource Manager


  • Develop and implement an organisational development strategy to position Carpentaria as employer of choice within the sector; taking account of workforce planning, IR, HR, WHS, workforce development and business development needs.
  • Provide high level of both strategical and technical advice and support to the Executive team.
  • Lead Carpentaria to deliver on the full range of human resource services for in excess of 200 staff.
  • Be part of a workforce that embraces change and best practice policies.
  • Act as first point of contact in responding to HR and IR issues in the workplace.
  • Manage a team to achieve successful outcomes.
