- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for workforce planning and ensuring organisational systems, processes, procedures and policies are fit for purpose.
- Demonstrate a capacity to work collaboratively, anticipate opportunities, manage risk, resolve complex issues, and provide strategic direction and leadership.
- Lead the branch to deliver on the full range of human resource services, both strategic and operational for the service.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in accordance with, and actively promote, ASIS’s values and ethical standards.
