I think it’s brilliant you can continue to be an employee of choice and employees continue to be engaged. As a Career Coach and HR Manager having been involved in many a restructure I’d really like to understand how you will be ensuring every employee is employable and how you will track this success pre and post employees exiting the business? It’s fantastic it’s been positive to date, well done. I’ve found that in such complex change, keeping comms simple and following through on that communicated often leads to engaged and motivated employees and positive results.
