HRM TV: The legalities of performance reviews


HR can be a legal minefield, but fret not – Hannah Ellis, principal and co-founder at The Workplace Employment Lawyers and our legal vlogger, is here to help answer those tricky questions.

The debate is still ongoing about the value of performance reviews, but Hannah says there are three important reasons why they shouldn’t be thrown out all together. Not only is the onus on employers to keep records of employee performance, but there are legal ramifications if the process is mishandled.
