Our Recruiter will contact you to take a detailed job brief. They will follow the Recstra Quality Assurance Program with complete transparency every step of the way.
3. Manage your spend and enjoy quality guaranteed recruitment
We provide flexible, on-demand recruitment at an hourly rate. You will only be billed for the hours your recruiter works, and you’ll receive an itemised invoice (just like your phone bill). We offer complete transparency. You will see and approve every facet of the project.
4. Guarantee & Review
We guarantee the quality of our work with 100 per cent credit. As part of our quality process, all of our recruiters are required to maintain a four star rating. Upon completion we will ask you to provide a review of your experience on independent trust score website – Trustpilot.
