Learn how social media, big data and the digital revolution are new styles of ammunition in the war for talent. Australia is described as a multicultural success story, but when it comes to positions of leadership in business, government and higher education, this wealth of diversity is strangely absent. Soutphommasane, Race Discrimination Commissioner, takes a close look at diversity in Australian organisations and what prevents us from reaching parity. Read more
