Senior Industrial Relations Officer


  • Support the Principal Industrial and Employee Relations Advisor to deliver services to a large hospital and health service.
  • Manage complex industrial relations and employee relations matters, common law proceedings and union engagement.
  • Possession of a tertiary qualification in industrial relations or human resource management would be highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Role requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license to operate this vehicle is required.
