Sectoral Human Resources Adviser

  • Responsible for supporting heads of agencies to improve workplace culture and to reward and recognise motivated public servants.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field and 10 years’ experience in HRM
  • Experience in reviewing, documenting and implementing HRM procedures and policies, and monitoring and reporting on compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in the public sector within a multi-cultural setting, including the ability to adapt to and deal with the limitations of a working environment which may have poor physical infrastructure and low capacity of staff
