  • You have a minimum of 5 plus years previous experience in a People & Culture / HR generalist role 
  • You have completed (or progressing towards completing) a tertiary qualification in HRM/Psychology or a related discipline 
  • You bring considerable experience with ER Management and project delivery across Organisational Development transformational mapping 
  • You have the capability to utilise customer-centric design when delivering solutions
